It was a breath of fresh air when I finally discovered All Dry Basement Solutions. Everybody knows how frustrating and anxiety filled basement problems are. From talking with them and coming up with a solution to them coming and doing the work it was smooth and painless. I just finished up my yearly service, I've had the most contact with Nick because he's done most of the work in the basement and has done the yearly services since. Several months ago, we started looking for a company to perform basement waterproofing and wall repair at our home in Delmar. We ultimately decided to go with All Dry Basement Solutions and recommend them without any reservation. Right after we requested a quote, we heard from one of their designers, Doug, who quickly stopped by our house to help us identify the possible causes of our water issues and come up with a proposed solution. Ultimately, before we settled on a plan, Doug came back to our house three times to look at the basement, take measurements, hear our thoughts, and come up with possible solutions for our consideration. Only a few days after we came up with a plan and put down a deposit, a team of two — Otis and Orbin — arrived to begin work. They were courteous, hard-working, meticulous, on time, and left the job site perfectly clean each day. They didn't cut any corners; in fact, the only thing that they "cut" during the project was our cost by pointing out some small things we could do on our own to lower our labor costs. So we want to thank the team at All Dry Basement Solutions for a job well done, and recommend them to others who are in the market for this sort of work.

Having to go through water problems in a basement is stressful but I am so glad I went with this company. Every person I interacted with was competent and professional. Larry was my first point of contact and he was incredibly knowledgeable and contacted me regularly to check in. I had scheduled multiple quotes, but Larry sold me instantly because of his knowledgeable and straightforward communication. Todd, the owner, was so kind and you can tell how thorough he is about the work he does. He took the time to explain things to me and even catch things outside their job scope to make me aware of. He was incredibly fair with the pricing of the job. Nick and Dave were the two I interacted with the most because they did a majority of the labor. They were the best. They were respectful and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time to keep me updated and offer guidance for the long term care of my home. Having them working in my home never felt inconvenient. I called two basement companies specializing in dry basement work. The first company came to my house, went downstairs and came up about 5 minutes later with a quote. The 2nd company, All Dry Basement, spent about an hour at least taking notes, taking pictures, and writing out the needs of our project and only then did they give us an estimate showing us the cost of materials, time length of the project, labor costs and two different plans. One offered an additional process by which the walls would be covered in white PVC sheets which add an extremely clean look to the basement when completed. They put in a sump pump, back up battery to the pump in case of power failure and yearly inspections of their work. The yearly inspections check the drainage process and look for any mineral build up, etc. If so they clean the pipes. The yearly inspection/maintenance does come with a separate but very reasonable maintenance cost, and does not have to be purchased. It's been coming up on 2 years now and we have enjoyed a basement that we can go down to without a trace of seepage or flooding. It's been as dry as a desert down there since their work was completed. The workers were extremely polite, on time and clean when entering and exiting the house. Todd was excellent in answering all our questions, and we paid in accordance with their progress, not all up front. I have lung issues, and I am thankful to Todd, Eric and the rest of them over at Dry Basement for giving me literally a breath of fresh air without mildew, mold and who knows what else I used to be breathing in. Two thumbs up And 5 Stars to All Dry Basement.

We had an awesome professional experience with All Dry Basement throughout the entire process. After scheduling our foundation inspection, I received an email with the name, photo, and brief bio on our inspector, Doug Forsthoff. Doug was thorough and obviously very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain his findings and address my questions and concerns. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the cracks in our basement were due to the foundation settling, and no repairs were needed. Our basement was also recently inspected by another company, and after a brief look, they gave us a quote of $1600 to do work that apparently wasn't even necessary. I highly recommend All Dry Basement for their honesty, integrity, and expertise!
